HELP: can’t get out the front cam seal on 3.5, it’s REALLY in there, photo included

Hello my dear forum, I’m again seeking your help.
I decided to replace front cam seals in my 1999 3.5 Montero, and I was able to remove the driver side cam seal, but the passenger one is REALLY stuck, I’ll attach pictures. It’s fully detached from cam at this point but I can’t for the life of me get it out!
I tried penetrating oil, tried seal picks (broke instantly) I had success on the driver side with one of those keys to open paint cans, but on passenger side it’s just not going anywhere. Please check the pictures.
I have a family trip in a week and desperately need a car!

The seal is not attached to the camshaft as you can tell, and the wire is fully exposed, but the thing just won’t go

I actually broke off the paint can key that I used, but the damn thing is still in

Hi:

Perhaps this might work? Also some penetrating oil?

Good luck,

Ron

Try to drive in several long screws into the seal. They should be long enough for the screw heads to stick past the cylinder head. Then use a short pry bar on those screws to dislodge the seal. Be careful not to sctatch the cam seal surface
