Folks,

I need help finding a good core (engine core), a good crankshaft that can be remanufactured, or a remanufactured crankshaft for a 1996 Mitsubishi Montero SR.

I've been told Diamantes also have the same engine, not sure if this is true.

Any info appreciated, I'll run down any leads or sources,

I know the 3.0L were used in a bunch of Chrysler vehicles from the 90's as they needed a V6 and at the time they only made an in-line 4 and a V8, so there are many more sources to choose from when trying to run down spare power units. Sorry, but I don't know about the 3.5L, although it seems reasonable that Chrysler would use them as well.

Any one else know for sure?
