Looking for help with OB ii fault codes

Hello, I have a 2003 Montero Sport 3.5l and the check engine light constantly stays on.
The fault codes are P0156 - O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
P0161 - O2 Sensor heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

Can anyone please tell me exactly what I need to replace ? Looking for model/part number etc.

Any help is appreciated,

Thanks

you might need new oxygen sensor. ? you need to examine in that area, and that whole system...and it's more that I want to type (and more than I know really)

the important thing to remember from this is:

1)that your sensor may be fine but is disconnected, ect.
2)that other things (spark and fuel) could be causing the sensor to malfunction.-put a new one on and it will foul also.

goget a book and read about your system, and ask the autoparts store, ect...

Greys pretty much got it, right there... but I would sooner just say a bad O2 sensor...
