Hey guys thanks for the help in advance. I've got a 2001 Montero Sport LS 3.0. And here's my challenge: When I turn the key to turn it on, nothing happens. I mean nothing. No lights, nothing. However, when I disconnect the starter.. then I put the key in, the lights in the dash turn do turn on. However obviously the truck won't start. Any ideas what the problem could be? What I could do? Thanks guys. I appreciate it.

 

I'd start with having the battery tested.
