Hey guys, my dad has an 01 Montero and he drove over a puddle that appeared to be shallow. Needless to say it didn't turn out to good and his engine stopped and now wont turn on. The water had splashed upward enough to probably get inside the engine bay...

What could be the problem? I'm taking a couple guesses thats i can be the alternator, starter or spark plugs that got wet? Something electrical i believe is wrong..
