Default Montero wont start

I have a 2000 Montero endeavor. Turn the key and only hear a click behind the dash. Battery good, starter will spin when power applied to it. Seems to be a relay behind Dash. Anyone have a schematic of the starting system and how to get to the relay?

So my Montero Endeavor has been siting for several weeks waiting for me to have the time to work on it. I had already checked the starter and each relay I knew about. Btry was good and starter switch was good. I was going to look at the starter again today and try to jump it by attaching hot lead to the starter and then a good ground. Somehow wk the solonoid. Had to tow it 50 ft to get it on my drive way. After towing I tried the key in the ignition switch. Started right up. Kinda dismayed cause now I really don't know whats wrong. Tried it several times and started each time.

It can be a faulty neutral interlock switch. Towing it jiggled it and make it work again. It is pretty certain that it will act up again, most likely at the least convenient time
