MS Spare Tire Carrier

I want to place my spare on a rear bumper carrier but can’t really track down any info except the official picture as follow. Has anyone seen one of these or know where to get one or any on a solution?

I may have found the answer to my own question for a spare tire backdoor carrier. Will this fit a 2000-2004 MS?
