Mitsubishi Montero & Montero Sport This sport utility vehicle offers more size than the other Mitsubishi SUVs, but manages to keep a sporty look and comfortable feel, unlike many larger SUVs.

Hello Forum,

I recently just purchased a 2003 Montero LTD and excited to join the group! I have many questions and already want to thank everyone in advanced for contributing! I will be posting photos of progress.

First questions, Looking to replace the suspension and adding 245/r16 tires. I know i need to replace the coil/spring... what is the ideal replacement for rear and front kit for 245/r16's? What exactly am i looking for size wise?

Thanks,

Matt

Go with Old Man Emu suspension upgrade kit. You'll get new springs and new shocks. This will give you about 2" lift and enough clearance to run larger tires.
