looking for 1989 montero LS 3.0 manuals here...is it just an urban legend, or not?

if Icould find free ones online, that would be great. I looked at the "russian pajero thread" but it was just too confusing. any help with that is appreciated

Does anyone have a recommendation for CD repair manuals. What are the good ones that will actually say
"use vice grips to hold the part"
instead of saying
" use mitsu tool # 848585 to hold the part"
you know real world stuff not always dealer shop perspective
