Pajero 3 4d56 wont rev after cold start

Hi

i have Pajero 3, with 4D56 engine, and 85kw. model year 2002.
last 2 months i have problem when I start cold car.
Car start normally, but first 1km it wont rev over 2000rpm, and there is a black smoke on exhaust.
In one moment while driving, when revs go over 2300rpm everything start to work as expected and no black smoke. it is often start work as expected after 500m-1km driving.
Do you have any idea what can be the problem? There is no any error codes stored and check engine is not on.
All glow plugs are ok.
