Does anyone know the Japanese equivalent model numbers of the Monteros sold in North America?

I am looking at buying a JDM Pajero (Gen 3, 1999-2006), but want to make sure I will have access to North American parts...

It seems that Japan had more models available ?... (V63W, V65W, V73W, V75W, V83W, V85W)

Any help is appreciated. I had a 1991 JDM diesel V44W high roof years ago and loved that truck.
