Power window problem.

Power window problem.
1994 Mitsubishi Montero. The rf window goes down but wont come back up. Replaced motor - and still the same problem. I am guessing a relay or somethng. A test light on the switch proved positive besides the same issue from the drivers switch and the passenger one. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks
