Default Rear seat belt replacement process

I have a 2001 Montero Sport and I'm wanting to replace the middle seat belt.

My main question is this:

How do I remove the seat so I can install the part? I think there's a trick to removing the backing which is what I'd need to do in order to get to the bolt holding the part.

Suggestions? Manual? Video?

Thanks,

BobbyG

Usually when you start folding the rear seat(s) down / over, you will see some anchor points - which you can simply unbolt and replace. No idea what it's like with these, though.
