RPM @ Zero ... SRS Battery Break and ABS !!!

:'(

Hi All ... Its a 2000 Automatic Montero Sport LS. in the past period I noticed that the battery and (Handbreak or emergency break) lights would come on ... they would turn off after two days.
I checked the battery and the alternator, the guy at oriley said that they both looked great.
Today, the 2 light "Break and Battery" came on ... at the end of the day after a little ride downtown, SRS and ABS lights came on suddenly while the other two were on !!!!

I was very close to the house, i was trying to get there ... i felt like the battery of the car is not exactly doing great since the light was less shiney and it felt like it was gonna turn off ... when i arrived home just before i was gonna park :

The RPM indicator was @ 10 and then was decreasing to 0 and back to 10 and then it stayed at 0 .. the car was about to turn off and i finally parked and turned it off ... i think it made a noise just before i turned off the engine.

I'm pancaking ! Is it simple ? shall i sell my tv ? it wont get me much anyways!

I Jumped into the car today ... started the engine ... 3 lights were on ... SRS, Battery, Brake ... after like 4 seconds the SRS was off.. 2 seconds the battery light turned off .. and the brake light went off because i released the emergency break...
I'm not sure what the best thing for me to do is ! I was hoping to go on a roadtrip on the christmas break and was scared from the fact that the timing belt was never changed ... do i have to worry about this too ?
