Question Locate the immobilizer on a unit Mitsubishi a Montero 2.5 TD

Hello friends. I can not find where is the immobilizer in the motor drive of a Mitsubishi Montero 2.5 TD 2002. I step photos of the ecu if you know where it is located.
Just curious. Do you know where it is also the engine management in this unit?
Thanks

Why do you need to find the immobilizer? There is absolutely NOTHING you will be able to do with that piece. To change it requires a dealership to re-code the ECU, Immobilizer, PCM, and ignition switch to be on the same code. Changing it yourself will only end up in a car that will no longer do anything for you.

Hello Sanguinius. This unit has immobilizer but if I change the chip containing the immo I can pass it to another ECU that works for you can start the vehicle. So I need to know where the chip. In the official house Mitsubishi is very expensive solution. Excuse my English and thanks for the reply.

OH you're asking for the specific chip IN that unit for the immobilizer is? Good luck with that. You'd have to have the schematics to find that unfortunately and I don't think there are many automotive manufacturers that are going to just let those schematics leak out and run rampant on the internet.

the immobilizer ecu is a seperate unit from the pcm. replacing either of them will result in a no start condition unless is programmed by the dealer
