Default Towing capacity for 3.5L V6? Anyone know what it is?
As stated in the subject line, does anyone know what the towing capacity is on a '95 to '97 Montero SR with the 3.5L V6? thanks,

I have a '95 3.0L and it is rated for 4000lbs as long as the trailer has brakes. 1500lbs without brakes. You, of course, have a lot more HP than I do. I have a 2500lb trailer that I pull and my truck does OK. However, unlike most american drivers I am not afraid to push the accellerator past the halfway point.
