I have a 2000 MS and I’m having an issue when the transmission shifts from 2nd to 3rd, when it goes to shift the transmission seems like it slips because the rpms go up and then it catches 3rd which results in a hard shift, the transmission was rebuilt about a year ago with a new torque converter and new clutch packs, could this be a solenoid issue? Has anyone else had this issue? The fluid is at the proper level but I’m not sure what type the shop used. It only happens while accelerating, if I’m just cruising and maintaining speed then it shifts fine.
