What part number for plastic hose from tank to filter?

'00 Pajero/Montero/Shogun Sport. 3.0 auto.
The plastic hose that goes from the steel pipe at top of tank, down to the petrol filter at frame. Anyone knows the part number? I should replace mine in near future.
