04' headlight adjustment
 

Hi, I am new here and this may have been asked already. I have an 04' outlander and have changed to hid headlights. They shine straight into everyone's eyes and I make alot of people mad. Is there any way to adjust the headlights down? I haven't been able to figure out a way to do it. Please help....
