Default 2003 Auto Tranny Problem

Name: img_0132forupload.jpg
Views: 1900
Size: 156.9 KB2003 outlander front wheel drive

The sport shift has never worked and i used to have the PNR lights but no led display, The tranny shifted fine up and down by itself though.

Now, none of the lights light up and the speedo and odometer dont work. The odometer display comes on but does not change.
Also, the tranny seems to be stuck in Drive. It does not go into OD or downshift automatically.

I took the tranny console cover off and I see 3 loose wires (not the ones to the shifter). It looks like they used to connect right below it.
(on edit) I seperated the loose wires before taking the photo so they are NOT in order.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Anyone with an 03 auto - if you could take a pic of the area, it would be most helpful.

thanks

So I got the wires hooked up in the correct positions but the CEL was still on.

Code tester says its P1751 - A/T Control Relay.

Where do I find that and how do I test it.

Thanks folks.
