2009 MMCS takes mp3?

Is it true that the 09 outtie now takes MP3 cds and rips it in the HD? The 07 could'nt do that except you need to make a music cd which is a pain

If that is indeed true, someone with an 09 needs to pull the hard drive and send us an image! If the systems are similar, there's a remote chance our older models could be upgraded :)

I do remember hearing something about this. I thought the 09 could rip off of a mp3 disc along with standard cd music discs that the 07-08 could.
