Look through the ETACS customization thread. I thought there was a section for entering the size of tire used and it would adjust the speedometer accordingly. if it is there, the stealership should be able to do that.

thanks.
i think i will go the DIY ETACS route. my paramus nj dealer says they CAN'T. another dealer said they can do it (bronx, ny), for $130, which is what the lexia tool would cost me anyway, n i'd be able to do a lot more for the money.

ive started reading thru the ETACS customiz thread but i def need to do more reading, bec all i really (sort of) understand r these steps so far:

- buy lexia 3 tool
- download "diagtool" software? somewhere?
- use with xp laptop (any support for 64bit win 7?)
- connect to car
- unlock ETACS with code?
- get to tire size screen
- enter new data
- save, unplug, and SMILE.

any help would be greatly appreciated from eveybody
thanks

(ill also pm this guy vladimus who seems to be the TPMS disabling pioneer)
