Looks like a different version of MMCS being loaded for the taiwan market. Just guessing ..

Good catch antlip. It may have been a prototype or pre-production unit...or could have even been a fake unit just for photo ops prior to launch. Another idea might be that it's just a different setting for the display.

I remember seeing that online it was a Japanese Mitsubishi option catalog for the outie and they had different model.

Nice! Looks like the link you provided have a lot more to offer, That Taiwan site have a lot of stuff that I like as well, as for your quest for the 2din, I don't know it will plug and play in US / Canadian Models ?
BTW, CW650493might be the part number you're after. Too bad that site is mainly in Chinese.
