4N14 Balance shaft delete kits.
Hello Everyone.
I am sure you will be aware that the 4N14 Diesel engine from 2011 - 2019 suffers from the breakdown of the balance shaft system sometimes causing catastrophic damage to the engine internals.
I have developed a removal kit which allows you to remove the system safely whilst blocking the oil channels in order to keep the oil pressure up with the system removed.
If your 2011 - 2019 Outlander has a rattly sound to its engine then you will probably need to remove the system.
Replacement parts from Main dealers have a cost upwards of £2500 to replace it with the same issue.
We have sold hundreds of the removal kits without a single issue reported.
When doing vibrational testing we found that removing the system actually reduced the DB range of vibrations and shifted them to a slightly higher frequency.
The kits are for sale on eBay and at the moment there is an offer where they are reduced in price.
The kits come with a full comprehensive fitting guide like a Haynes manual with all torque setting and tools required etc with a photo guide.
