Default ASC warning light on each morning

Hi all,

A few weeks ago I bought a 08 Outlander and I'm loving the experience. Only one fault so far, and that's an annoying habit of the ASC warning light coming on after a few minutes each morning(Yellow screen which says service required ASC Off). If I then stop the car for 30 seconds and restart her up the warning disappears.

Anyone seen this before? A local garage did check but could see no fault codes being produced by the car. I'm going to take it back to the garage I bought it from for a proper look.

Thanks

You need your car diagnosed with either MUT-III (dealer's tool) or Lexia (several guys over here including myself have it).

BTW It is good thing to have your location filled in the forum profile.
