Go with whichever one is lightest. Except the last one.

I wouldn't worry about changing the tire size. You'll get more of a performance benefit from getting a good tire than from changing the size. That said, DO change the tire size if it gets you to a better tire.

The Continentals you spoke of are good tires, comfortable with great grip. I'm very fond of my Michelin Primacy MXM4s, but it's a 245 tire which is likely too wide for the Outlander unless you get the 235/60/18 version (the version I have is 245/50/18).

We're probably going to get Michelin Hydroedges when its time.

Yes FAUEE the 235/50/18 are the closest fit for the Cont. DWS tires that I hear so many good things about. Also I want the wider stance. They only affect the speed from 60mph to 58.9 Do you suspect this will cause a prob. with the AWD- And I guess I will have to recalibrate the Tire pres. mon. syst.
