Default Caster Adjustment

I took my wifes 2007 Outlander (4wheeldrive model) , to my local tire shop because it keeps pulling left. These guys are very good and the alignment came back spot on except for the caster being way out. The tech said he didnt show a caster adjustment. I took it to another shop and got the same results. Toe and Camber right on but the caster way out and their tech said he couldnt find a caster adjustment. Ironically, the caster is out (2.2) equally on both the left and right front . I have not taken it to the dealer yet but I wanted to hit the forum first to see what you guys think ?

Here is a good website that explains alignment terms:
Tire Tech Information - Alignment

This is what the 2007 Service Manual on page 33-8 says about the On-Vehicle Service for the FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT CHECK AND
ADJUSTMENT.

CAMBER, CASTER AND KINGPIN INCLINATION
Required Special Tool:
* MB991004: Wheel Alignment Gauge Attachment Vehicles with aluminum wheels

Standard value:
Camber 0°20' ± 0°30’ (Left/right deviation within 30’)
Caster 2°57' ± 0°30’ (Left/right deviation within 30’)
Kingpin inclination 12°44’ ± 1°30’

NOTE: Camber and caster are preset at the factory and
cannot be adjusted.
