Default Clear Plastic on Rear Doors

Does anyone else have small clear plastic pieces attached on the rear passenger doors?

It is for protection. Lexus have it on their cars too.

My Diamond White XLS has them.

Did you notice the material of the inner fender wells in the rear? You can see it in your photo, looks like some kind of woven material, maybe it is used to reduce noise from rocks.

HA! I didn't notice that before. Just went out in the freezing rain to take a look.
Definitely feels like a thick felt-like material. I just love this vehicle more and more [sm=Awwww.gif]
