Default Clockspring problem 2011 Outlander GT

I just changed the clockspring on my 2011 Outlander because the left side of the steering wheel radio controls and the telephone connections were not working. The right side of the steering wheel controls worked fine. After changing the clockspring, everything began working properly and I thought it was a quick fix. Now, after driving the car a few times, the ABS warning light appeared and won't go out. I read somewhere that possibly the steering wheel alignment sensor needs to be reset or re-calibrated. When I changed the clockspring, I made sure the steering wheel was not moved. Has anyone run into this problem after changing the clockspring and how were you able to get the ABS warning light to go out? Your comments are appreciated.
