Default Doing it: HID Retrofit ADDING PROJECTORS to Refelctor Housings

K, I've decided I've had it with my Stock Halogens...but I will not put An Hid Kit into a reflector Housing. So its time for a retrofit with Prjector Lenses....

So I have been speaking to Matt at The Retrofit Source, and I'm about to take on the Bi-Xenon (maybe just the Low Beam kit if the Bi-Xenon is too complicated) adding projector housings to my stock reflectors.

Heres the kit.

Bi-xenon FX-R Stage III Kit: http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...roducts_id=141

FX-R Bi-xenon Projectors (LHD)
Morimoto 3Five Ballasts
Morimoto 3Five D2S Bulbs
9006 relay wire harness + high beam taps
Appollo Shrouds
Not going to add Angel Eyes (too fake looking)

So basically this is an HID kit wiht Ballast and everything but you need to add the Projector housigninto the headlight assembly. Not too much fabricating, apparently done with a Dremel and some glue.

Also this wont effect DRL's as they are run on a sep bulb outside of the Projector (clearing this up with Matt to make sure).

more info to follow tomorrow...

Looking forward to pics and getting ready to make note of how many swear words are involved while attempting to align these after install. :P

I've already got factory HID projectors in my '11 Outlander Sport, but I am looking at that kit and wondering, would it easily fit the fog light housings on my vehicle?

HMMMM!

for fogs you dont need projectors...

you can just throw a $60 HID kit into a fog housing, they already have the shroud and bezels...

Too much work and fabrication.
