Tail lights was a typo, I already have the factory leds there. I ment the marker lights "license plate lights. No harness I plan to use the VVME H11 digital slim. I have done about 10 sets for myself , friends, family and they are fine without a harness. Amp draw is less than stock halogen bulbs

This is an old thread so I'd be curious to hear back from the OP about how the LEDs held up. I'd bet they all died within months of installation. Don't waste your money on LED drop-ins: They're absurdly expensive, don't have proper heat management, they fog up the inside of your assemblies when they burn out, and most importantly, installing them in place of an incandescent bulb ruins the performance of the marker, rendering it unsafe and illegal (see: here and here).
EDIT: Instead, replace the 1156 bulbs with good quality 3497 bulbs. Same wattage but brighter than a 1156:
1156 (27-watt) = 32 candlepower
2396 (28-watt) = 40 cp (for comparison)
3497 (27-watt) = 45 cp
It's impossible to find good quality 3497s in the aftermarket. Get them directly from Honda (part number: 34903-SF1-A01). I got them from HondaAutomotiveParts (ordered 2 for under $8).
