Default FOG LIGHT setup by Ramon

I started out by purchasing a 2000 Galant FOG LIGHT switch. The switch will be mounted next to the ASC switch. The FOG LIGHT switch is a momentary contact switch that is meant to communicate with the computer to turn on the DAY TIME RUNNING LIGHTS/FOG LIGHTS when pressed. Since I did not want to use the switch to communicate with the computer I built a momentary relay setup that will send a signal from the switch in the cabin through a wire into the engine compartment to a high amp relay to turn on the lights. . I drilled a hole form the cabin through the firewall behind the accelerator pedal . The high amp relay is used to complete a circuit by replacing the DRIVING LIGHT RELAY located in the fuse panel. The relay is removed and the terminals in the fuse panel where the relay was connected are used to complete the circuit.

If you do some shopping you can purchase them at a more reasonable price. I believe I paid $10 a pair for mine.

Got the LED's for the same lights as you. But I do need to disable the DRL's...Cant stand having them on the same times as the LED's...(No I wont drive with only my LEDS at night)

i have no Fogs, just halogens...Think If I remove the DRL Relay id be fine?
