Default Replacement for Antenna

I/ve seen in another forum a replacement for the antenna. It was a solid antenna and came in 2 sizes. One short and one long. Has anyone ever replaced there antenna with one of these? Any problems? Where can I get one.

Thanks

Good question, although I'd like to add to it. I would like the Shark Fin style antenna (seen on Audis and BMWs) My Old Audi A3 had one and it was fantastic, great reception. I find with the Outlanders rod Antenna the reception stinks, especially on AM stations...

Mitsupartsman....is there a shark fin style?

Hi ryandlor. I installed an sharkfin antenna (https://mitsubishiforum.com/m_196746/tm.htm), but I removed it because I installed Sirius and was necessary to install the antenna that came with Sirius kit; but as soon as I see an Sirius sharkfin antenna that I like, I will buy it. . .

ryandlor. 1. I not had problems with the AM/FM reception since I bought my Out. 2. Look in the link https://mitsubishiforum.com/m_239685/tm.htm, is a list with the parts necessary to install HID headlamp with autolevelling system and some pics. You must verify that you have all the prewiring to avoid unnecessary purchases. In addition, you can install only the HID headlamps (without levelling system), and are going to work. I bought all the system in USA, and dealer had to request 2 parts to Japan.

thanks JSRD...wow $2000 for HID lights? Even OEM sets shouldn't cost that much! My AUDI OEM set only cost $800...I'll do some of my own digging and see what the prices are here in Canada...Thanks JSRD
