What do you mean "bars"? When I think light bar I think police car.

If you're just looking for LED bulbs I bought some from Home page and they work as promised. There are lots of LED bulbs available on amazon.com. Amazon isn't always the cheapest but being able to read the reviews is worth the extra dollar IMO.

HOLY CRAP THOSE ARE EXPENSIVE!!!

WHITE 5W LED CHROME DRL FOG DRIVING AUX LIGHTS | 1 PAIR - DRL Fog LED - Universal

If you're willing to spend that much, and want some lights that will actually work as fog lights and not just look nice, Phillips LED's are very impressive. Phillips LED's are what Audi uses for their OEM DRL's. Philips 12820WLEDX1 Pair of 4 Luxeon Rebel LED Daytime Running Lights DRLS | eBay

If you just want the pretty look there are TONS of options on EBay that will look nice, but not necessarily light up the road: led drl | eBay

Where are you putting them? I'd go by the measurement of the area they'll be going. If you can fir the 8 I'm sure that would look better than the 4.
