No, those blinding blue tints are typically found on mid to high end luxury cars . Those are High Intensity Discharge lights(HID's). They are pretty pricey lights at this point and are more efficient and cooler than Halogen bulbs. Don't get me wrong, you can get cheap blue Halogen bulbs, but they are not the blinding ones you are referring to. You'll find the Xenon HID's on Audi, BMW, Mercedes, etc.
06Outlander is referring to the projector headlights, which as the name suggests, projects the beam onto a more focused area than a standard parabolic Halogen headlamp. If you have an 03 or 04 Outlander, you have standard Halogen headlamps. If you have 05 and newer Outlander, you have Projector headlamps.
Hope this helps.

They also sell a tacky looking blue film you can put over you whole headlight lens to "simulate" the look of HID's on Ebay, forgot to mention that wonderful piece of info before. All your friends will be like..."Wow, you got some new HID lights, cool. But why are they dimmer than your old halogens?" LOL " Because I am a ricer!!!"

The Xenon HID Blue covers give non-HID lamps the HID look while protecting your lenses!
And they are only $60...what a bargain! lol

blue accents are one thing, but putting HIDs in a halogen refelecting housing without a projection lens will score you 2 bullets in your headlight by me.

yea that would be a recipe for some blinding headlights it would proly tick me off to if they were driving behind me...

I just went with silverstars bc i wanted it to be alil brighter than stock and to be a white look

Had hid's in my endeavor and it was way to blue and bright for me

Not to mention the red and blue flashing lights in your mirror since they are illegal. Those are the bastards that I let pass me and then they get the high beam treatment. We are at the perfect ride height to be annoying without the highbeams. With upgraded headlights, it's even better. Please be considerate of other drivers when changing your headlight bulbs to aftermarket. 60W low beam and 100W hi's are illegal. If you need 1,000,000 candlepower from each headlight to see the road, perhaps it's not your f'in headlights that aren't bright enough. Okay, I'm done now.
