Question Looking for 2007 Outlander Parts Catalog, or part # for Transaxle Water Feed Tube

Hi,

New to the forum. I've got a 2007 Outlander with 99k miles, which we've had from new, and has been incredibly reliable. However, it's beginning to show it's age and needs a few jobs doing on it.

I'm trying to find the part number (and somewhere online I can buy) the "Water Feed Tube" (Part 5 on the attached diagram from the Transaxle Service Diagram). This has corroded badly, and looks as if it is about to burst where it goes under the transmission.

I'd prefer to buy online, but need a part number and/or a web site that lists it. Is a parts catalog available anywhere? (I can only find service manuals).

I'm also interested - is this a common problem (couldn't see any other mentions of it, though searching for transmission cooler or tube shows up lots of hits on the OIL pipes (not the water pipe)

Thanks in advance!

Steve

I'm having the same problem with my outlander and I can't find the part or listing anywhere. Where did you find yours at?

I ordered the tube from Mopar Parts Giant using the numbers listed in this thread. Odd that Chrysler uses the same part on their cars somewhere, but still considerably cheaper than both the Mitsubishi and Dodge dealers in town, who wanted $80 for the tube and about $12 for the two clips that go with it. Online the tube was $50 and the clips $3. Still come in about $20 cheaper with shipping.

Mine rusted out too. Just replace it with a length of 5/8" heater hose for $8.
