Make a button for Ds mode

Hi, I have an Outlander MY2020 with paddle shifters and there is no Ds mode on the gear control. Some guys said that it is possible to restore the Ds mode and build a button for it, I even see on youtube people build the Ds button on the steering wheel.

So I am looking the instruction to DIY it.
Tks.

Not sure if same but on my 2009 you just hold the paddle shift for a second instead of just pulsing it and it returns to D (drive).

It is the same for all. But I mean to active Ds (drive sport mode), not Drive mode.

Tks for your support but I couldn't figure out how to active Ds mode. Which wires/jack should be connected to each other and where to find them?
