Default max tire size for 2003 outlander and ground clearance

Hey,

I am trying to figure out how to raise my outlander a bit. What will be the largest tires I can put on my car? What does it currently have in inches? (27"?)

Furthermore, if I am able to raise my car by 1.5" - then what will be the max sized tire in your opinion??

Thnaks!!

measure your wheel arches. Not only for diameter but depth on the front as it will affect your steering, and youll want to change your bump stops.
