"NOTE: You can use the video output from pin 45 and 56 to make an MMCS video out RCA connector. Likewise, you can use 57 and 58 to get video to the MMCS (aux video in). The audio will come from the AUX IN audio from the connector below."

Unfortunately: that's loom-side.. And without a loom to follow, there's no way to tell what connects to what on the back of the unit..

I will try to trace connection from aux connector between seats back to MMCS.

Sorted ..
On D206 ( or whatever it's called ) the important pins are :
47 - Video In
48 - Audio Right
49 - Audio Ground
63 - Video Ground
64 - Audio Left
65 - *system ground* ( Aux will not be enabled without this )
