Thanks everyone, pity about the 150 disc limit, you can only listen to so many i suppose.

Now have mine, very happy with it.

I asked a previous question about the AUX connection, i don't have a cable point at the back of the arm rest, i do have 1 in the roof mounted dvd player but no cable yet, will this be where i get the AUX input?

I haven't actually tested this but if your RES and Nav system are connected you should be able to use the AUX on the RES and have it play though the main speakers.

I have no idea if they can just add a connector for you to the Nav system (MMCS) directly. Mine came with the armrest inuts plus the RES inputs.

I have an '08 with a 40gig HDD. Is there any way of transfering MP3 files from an MP3 DVD or CD? So far i have found the unit cannot read these disks. Although is says MP3 directly on the CD player behind the nav screen. is there maybe a way to transfer music to by removing the HDD? or any other method?

As far as I know, the 09s can transfer MP3 files; the older MMCS can only read/play them but not transfer them.

I heard the same, but no definite proof the 09 model year can actually do that (copy mp3 to HDD).

I have a 09, and no, it can not transfer MP3s. It will play them just fine, but it will not copy them to the music server.

Does it still have only 10Gb for music despite having 40Gb drive? Waiting for my 2011 delivery in late April... It would be nice to be able to transfer mp3s from usb stick and/or iPod to the drive.
