Has anyone had some problems with the Navi telling you to turn to late or making you take a weird route to you location. I know theres a up date coming out soon. anyone know when? my navi really seems outdated i have used a garmin GPS and it was great compared to this one.

 

I have had those same problems. I hope an update will fix that and I will insist with my dealership that they do the update for free. I wish they could also change the woman's voice (English)on the unit too. She sounds suicidal, seriously.

 

You can change it to a dude if that fits your fancy

 

The settings will allow you to change to a male or female voice. I had the female voice set for a while, but she got on my nerves. Reminded me of myMom telling me when/where to turn when i was learning to drive years ago. Not to be chauvinistic,but the male voice is a lot less shrill and seems more comforting/confident when it speaks. Personal preference i guess.
