No Sound from Nav Unit
 

Hi there, i have a problem where yesterday i switched off the sound via the power button, and today when i switch it back on, no sound on touch screen entry and no sound to music system. Not sure if its the unit thats defective or if theres a key input that i've inadvertently pressed that would cause this.

Any ideas, its under warranty but garage is now closed for Christmas

Try to check the fuse. . .

Thanks for the suggestion, never thought of that, can someone advise where the fusebox is? In the engine bay or inside the car?

Also noticed that the premium sound system is now showing as unavailable within the service menu's, so i'm guessing its related to that as well. Will try and find the fusebox tomorrow hoping their is one just for the sound, amp speakers etc as nav unit is still working with no sound.

Find it inside, under steering wheel panels, only removed the cover
