Some Blackberry phones also have a similar issue after a firmware upgrade...it basically requires the battery to be taken out for a few mins to get Bluetooth working properly again.

Nokia isn't the only problem phone. I have a Samsung Omnia Icon which had a horrible echo but it was fixed with a firmware and operating system upgrade. Now perfect. Not the cars fault.
