what is the recommended obd2 scanner for a 2016 PHEV, I would like to check the battery condition and other parameters, would appreciate any recomendations.

 

I've seen some suggest obdlink for ev's. it's on the cheaper side and doesn't have any annual subscriptions. but i think that while it has bi-directional capabilities, it isn't really a bi-directional scan tool. ​​​you can check youcanic out. it has bi-directional control, no subscriptions as well, and works on most models
