Those are LHD manuals - UK & most Commonwealth nations (not Canada) and Japanese / Asian models are RHD. You can use them as guide but remember certain things will need to be "swapped" in your head to the other side of the car.

I have a 2011 ZH Outlander LS trim (Australia). DRLs included, but the keyless entry is on higher trim levels only (XLS etc).
Maybe the same applied to the UK models - both being RHD - but since the LS is bottom level and has DRLs I can't figure why yours wouldn't have them. My DRLs are small round lights on the outside of the headlights - not rings around the fog lights.
I got it second-hand (ex govt fleet vehicle) and it did not have Bluetooth hands-free or fog lights - both were optional extras for $400/500 each at purchase.
I have sourced all the Bluetooth gear from wreckers and most of the fog light kit (got the wire looming from the dealer) and installed. Needed to program the computer to accept the fog lights, but the Bluetooth worked straight off the bat.

Had 4 outlanders two of which had full spec and non had keyless entry or drl lights, in the uk we have 4 trims
Before the favelift in 2010 there was, equippe (poverty spec no fog lights no alloys etc) warrior (mid spec has optional leather alloys etc, everything except the satnav and rockford fosgate) then there is elegance (top spec, warrior with satnav sunroof and rockford) there was also a diamond spec which had a 2.2 engine
After the facelift there were also 4 trims
Gs2 - poverty spec
Gs3 mid spec like warrior
Juro 2010 limited edition model, was a warrior/gs3 spec in silver or black that had leather seats as standard, this was the first spec that was available with the facelift
Gs4 top spec (elegance)
