PM wicked outlander, he has an 03 outlander with the 4g64 and has done mods. Some parts will swap over, but I cannot give you the specifics as I have MIVEC

Oh yeah, he may not respond for a while, he's kinda sporatic in his appearances- but it'll be worth the wait. Start looking for 4G64 mods and you can do a little research and see if they will work for your application and achieve what you need them to.
Another detail I forgot to mention is that the regular Lancers are 2.0 and the 4g64 Outlander (non mivec) is still a 2.4 so you will likely be looking at Eclipse or Galant parts, but make sure you have the right years- they should give the engine code as there were different drivetrains available for each car.

for intakes---> mirage 97 -up will fit, and yeah lancer's intake set up will fit too. thing is, the battery is blocking the good spot for your intake arm. and thats why mirage's and lancer intake's are the best fit. the down low w/ those intakes are the arm lenght, too short to suck up cold air, it will end up sucking 40% cold and 60% engine heat. for best result, try 2.4 eclipse's and galant cold air, you'll have to modify this one by cutting the angle arm lenght ( a recirprocating saw will do the job) and to make it even better, use stainless steel racing filter ( blitz s.u.s. filter) make sure when you install your intake, use a bracket ( sold in auto parts) this will retain the whole pipe when you rev up. and off course any mufflers will do the job, but dont forget the piping system. a 2 1/4 pipe is better than 2'. for cam sprockets, a.e.m. makes the sprockets for 2.4 eclipse, and yes this will fit your engine (4g64....duhh!!) road race have the cat conv. high flow system, this will lit up the c.e.l. but you could always reset it by batt. get rid of the hose for the engine valve, replace it w/ breather filter. for electronics, i, use sun auto of japan products, a fat ground wires system and hyper voltage system will add up 11 -12 h.p. (no bull) a magnecore 8.5 wires will also bump up the power, w/ plat 4 bosch spark plugs is even better.try this mods. for now, go out there and spank hondas!!!if theres no luck, come bac here and i'll give you more power adder options. cool???
