Default plastic boot where seat meets the floor

Hi. I have had a 07 Outlander for about 9 months now. I just noticed the right bolt/nut that secures the front driver's seat to the floor is showing??

The passenger side has a plastic boot over it. When I bought the Outlander they installed leather and heated seats and I am wondering if they forgot to replace the plastic boot??

My 07 didn't have one either, so I went back to the dealer, and was told none of them had the cover. I later test drove another 07 at the same dealer, and it DID have one......I now have one.

My one is missing this plastic too. Anyone know the part# so I can order one? I really don't like this bolt sticking out of the floor.

Thanks everyone for the feed back! I have attached a couple of pictures.

I have manual seats. Maybe they were going to be power seats? It seems that the "boots" on the passenger side are 1 piece on both sides while the left driver side looks to be 2 pieces and the right driver is just naked.

I am going to order the track cover.

mitsupartsman please advise: the drawing you provided shows passenger seat (it looks like passenger seat to me), anyway track end covers (part no. 4) seem to be identical for all the seats. this small part will cover only the bolt itself and a large part of metal frame (seat track) still remains uncovered. can I use part no. 5 (track end cover center)? will it fit or it is designed only for outer side of passenger seat?
