RE: problem with cruise control
When you press the "on-off" button and the "Cruise" light in the gauge cluster does not come on, then there is a problem. Possibly a fuse. Check the manual to see if it tells what fuse is in control of the cruise control. Otherwise take it to the dealer... hopefully its not an electical problem.

RE: problem with cruise control
I have checked the owner manual, but there in nothing there about what fuse is responsible for cruise control system.
And the worst off all is that the technical department of the dealer (official represantive in Greece) it's not very familiar with these kind of problem, first reaction of the technical manager was: Just Try to turn off the ACS!!!!!
That's why i need your help
I almost forget, thank you for your response...

RE: problem with cruise control
I'm beginning to think that a major american software / OS company designed the electronocs for the Outlander. This now makesa satellite error on the Sirius Radioand a cruise control error both fixed by "rebooting" the whole system!

RE: problem with cruise control
My wife had a Dodge Caravan, that used to have a similar problem with the power door lock. It had a auto-reseting breaker that would reset when power was removed. However it did not need to have the battery pole removed,it had a fuse that you could just pull out and in to do the reset, this fuse was described as a fuse that you should remove when storing the vehicle for a long time, I assume these types of breaker continously draw a small amount of current, and that's why they have the fuse.
