Before this issue occurred, did you do replace the battery, recharge the battery because it was flat, jumpstart the car, or disconnect the battery to work on an electrical component?

Really I don't know, This truck was from my grandparents and some years ago they visit the carwash in Mexico city and then when the carwash delivery to us the truck... the display was like in the photo, now I have this Outlander and I want fix it because I don't what time is it and what station radio its playing, I guess what in the carwash was listening radio for some time and then the battery was flat

Hey. Sorry for the delay. I've been studying the 2011 service manual, trying to find a work-around that isn't going to cost you a lot of money.

You could remove the panel and then unplug the cables. Plug the cables back in to ensure they're solidly seated.

Beyond that, I can't find any troubleshooting steps that specifically mention the LED display for the radio cd head unit. I think that if the display fails, the entire panel assembly has to be replaced.

A new panel assembly, from a Mitsubishi dealer/OEM parts shop, costs about $620 USD.

If you can find one on eBay from a reputable seller, you may be able to save a couple of hundred dollars. A wrecking yard or pick-and-pull might have one but here's no guarantee that its in working condition.
