Removing the Crome trim on front bumper

Removing the Crome trim on front bumper
Hey everyone new to the site I was wondering if anyone could help me out I have a 2017 outlander sport and I would like to plstidip the crome trim around the front bumper. Is it just clipped in can I just get a plastic tool behind it and just pop it off or does it require removing the front bumper?
